This policy covers information used in BluGem LLC’s SMS follow-up program. The program provides information that you expressly agree to receive during a telephone conversation, such as website examples, service information, quotations, and consultation details. It also covers website project questions and updates that existing customers explicitly request by email.

Information we use

Program information may include your name, mobile phone number, the information you request, messages exchanged with us, and records of your consent or opt-out. Consent records may include the date and time, the number you authorize us to text, the purpose of the requested messages, and your affirmative response, including your written consent email where applicable.

How we use this information

We use this information to deliver the requested follow-ups, answer your replies, provide support, document permission, and honor opt-out requests. Giving us a phone number alone does not enroll you in SMS messages. We obtain express verbal permission for a requested call follow-up, or explicit written permission by email for project texts, before sending those messages. Preparing the project email draft on this website does not submit personal information or consent to us; we receive it only when you send the email.

Mobile information and consent

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or other mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties, except aggregators and providers of text messaging services as necessary to operate this program.

We use messaging service providers and carriers to process and deliver messages. This operational use does not authorize those providers to use your mobile information for their own marketing.

Your choices

Reply STOP to opt out of further SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected]. Agreeing to receive a requested follow-up does not enroll you in recurring promotional messages, and SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

Retention and privacy requests

We retain program information only for as long as needed to provide the requested communications, maintain consent and opt-out records, and meet applicable obligations. An opt-out record may be retained to prevent further messages. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your program information; some records may need to be retained for those purposes.
