Program description

BluGem LLC sends individual SMS follow-ups containing website examples, service information, quotations, or consultation details that prospective or existing customers expressly agree to receive during a telephone conversation. Existing customers can also expressly opt in by email to texts about their website project, including questions, progress updates, and approval requests. Replies and further assistance stay within the scope of the recipient’s request.

How you give permission

During the call, we identify BluGem LLC, explain the proposed text, confirm your mobile number, and ask for your permission. We send the requested follow-up only after an affirmative response. Providing a phone number, visiting this website, or purchasing a service does not by itself constitute SMS consent.

Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Permission for a requested follow-up does not enroll you in recurring promotional messages. For project texts, email [email protected] with your mobile number and an explicit statement that you agree to project texts from BluGem LLC. Email remains the default if you do not opt in. Preparing an email draft does not submit an opt-in; you must send your request. Written project consent does not authorize promotional texts. We retain the consent email or other permission record and honor withdrawal requests.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to the information you request and your replies. There is no fixed recurring promotional schedule. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

Opt out or get help

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further SMS messages from this program. If you later want to receive messages again, contact us to provide fresh permission.
